The Logan County Land Bank is gathering information about properties for potential demolition through the State of Ohio Demolition Program. The documents below are the Application Form and Voluntary Demolition form. The Voluntary Demolition is a form that each property owner must sign, agreeing to the demolition of the submitted property. The Application form contains a list of required documents for a property to be considered. The deadline for submission is July 1, 2027. Submitting a property does not guarantee demolition.
