Update as of May 8, 2023 

The following information was provided to Perry Township Trustees via an email from Brian Schultz of the Logan County Sewer District. They have received approval from Ohio EPA for the Permit to Install and are submitting the Notice of Intent for stormwater permitting. Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) have made a couple comments regarding the layout of the sanitary sewers that need to be addressed but it appears that we should begin advertising for bids in the next couple of weeks.  Due to the size and scope of the project we plan to advertise the project for at least 45 days instead of the usual 30 days.
