The Logan County Land Bank is gathering properties for potential demolition through the State of Ohio Demolition Program. In the letter attached is a list of required documents for a property to be considered for this program. I've created an application form that should make it easier to understand what is required.
Also attached is the Voluntary Demolition form that each property owner must sign, agreeing to the demolition of the submitted property. The deadline for submission is July 1, 2027. Submitting a property does not guarantee demolition.
If you have a property that you believe qualifies for this program, please submit the complete packet of required information at one time.
